Aliza Ross Zasky is an experienced litigator focusing on complex commercial litigation and business disputes, including contract, intellectual property, insurance, manufacturing and supply, and employment matters. Aliza also has extensive experience in white-collar criminal matters, internal and government investigations, and transactional matters.
Aliza has litigated complex multi-million dollar contract and licensing disputes in state and federal courts. Aliza has represented corporate and individual clients in high profile white-collar criminal matters including: fraud, money laundering, and antitrust allegations of price fixing and bid rigging.

Aliza was previously a senior litigator at Proskauer and at Buchanan Ingersoll and has served as Of Counsel to multiple law firms. - Trials and Arbitration
- Obtained a significant litigation victory for a biotechnology client asserting breach of license agreement claims against a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in a federal bench trial in Indiana. The client was granted the right to terminate its original agreement with the major pharmaceutical manufacturer and sell its technology to another company.
- Represented the alleged architect of a bid-rigging scheme in the insurance industry in the longest antitrust criminal trial in New York State. After an almost year-long trial, 36 of 37 felony charges resulted in acquittals or dismissals, and the sole count of conviction was dismissed post trial.

Aliza graduated cum laude from Queens College with a B.A. in Psychology and received her J.D. from Fordham Law School in 2002, Dean’s List. She was a Staff Attorney at the Child and Family Litigation Clinic, and Staff, Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
